Practice Information

Max joined the firm in 2023 as a law fellow directly after graduating law school. While attending NYU, Max completed two summer Peggy Browning Fellowships, the first in the New York State United Teachers’ Office of General Counsel and the second at Pyle Rome Ehrenberg PC in Boston, MA. He was also a teacher with and co-president of NYU’s High School Law Institute, a student advocate with Advocates for Children of New York through NYU’s Education Advocacy Clinic, and an Executive Editor on the NYU Law Review. Max was a 2023 Law Fellow with the Fellowship at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics.

Prior to law school, Max taught high school history in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood for seven years. During this time, he helped organize Boston’s first charter school union with the Boston Teachers Union and bargain the union’s first contract. He also worked, at various times, as a field organizer, a camp counselor, and a retail salesperson.
