Practice Information

Caitlin joined the firm in 2021 as a law clerk after working as a provisionally licensed attorney in California for the previous year. She became an associate in 2022. Previously, Caitlin was a Workplace Justice Fellow at an employee benefits firm in Berkeley, California where she worked on ERISA and wage-and-hour class-action litigation.

While attending UC Hastings, Caitlin advocated for employees as a law clerk with Legal Aid at Work, Outten & Golden, and Equal Rights Advocates. Caitlin was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Jon S. Tigar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Prior to law school, Caitlin worked for Alameda County’s Rape Crisis Center as a crisis counselor and campus advocate. She also worked, at various points, as a waitress, a river guide, and a community health educator.
