Practice Information

Andrew represents private and public sector labor unions and their members in administrative and civil proceedings. Andrew joined the firm as an associate in 2022, following his graduation from law school. While attending Stanford Law School, Andrew advocated for the rights of workers as a co-director of the Stanford Workers’ Rights Pro Bono Project, a law clerk with Legal Aid at Work, and a summer associate at Altshuler Berzon LLP. During law school, Andrew also worked in the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic and served as a board member for the Stanford Law Review, Kirkwood Moot Court Competition, Stanford Journal of International Law, and Stanford Advocates for Immigrants’ Rights. Andrew was also a Stanford Public Interest Fellow, focusing on workers’ rights. 

Prior to law school, Andrew worked at various points as an international development professional in Nepal, in the alumni office of King’s College London, as a research assistant, and as a peacebuilding and conflict transformation facilitator. 

Andrew will clerk for the Honorable Jennifer Sung of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for the 2023-24 term.
