Our firm also advises, represents and advocates for employees on many matters not covered by a union contract. We provide advice on individual employment contracts, separation agreements, medical leave and disability issues, wage and hour concerns, and other ongoing employment issues. We represent individuals who are accused of misconduct or poor performance in the workplace, and assist them through the disciplinary process. We advise and represent federal employees in hearings before the Merit Systems Protection Board. We also advise and represent employee whistleblowers.
